TerraSurvey is an easy-to-use and powerful software to read-in survey data from GPS or total-stations and create maps.
In laser mapping you can use TerraSurvey for quality. Just read-n coded ground signals, display them as map markings and shift then images to their right location. That after yu can dispaly laser point by their intensity. The intensity value of hits from white ground marks, like street paintings, is much higher than in their surrounding. This let you to shift laser among the orthos. Finally you can analyze the accuracy of ground laser toward to the control points by TerraScan and TerraSurvey. Control report informs if the laser points must be lifted or lowered.
With TerraSurvey you can give a feature code to detected objects like lines, power wires, laps, trees etc. This allows to move the data to other systems and create reports.
